BotQNA1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using BotQNA, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you use BotQNA for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and authentication
Photo generation requires a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for maintaining control of your sign-in provider account and devices. Do not share, transfer, automate, or resell account access.
3. Service status
BotQNA provides AI-assisted workflows for professional portraits, passport-style photos, and visa-style photos. Features, providers, limits, eligibility, prices, and output behavior may change to improve reliability or prevent abuse.
4. Your content and processing permission
You retain the rights you hold in uploaded and generated content. You grant the operator and its processors a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, transform, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have all permissions needed to upload and process each person’s image.
5. AI outputs and identity accuracy
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable. You must review every result before publication or use. Do not represent an altered image as an unedited record where that would be deceptive or unlawful. BotQNA does not guarantee identity fidelity, likeness, image quality, employment results, or suitability for a particular purpose.
6. Passport and visa photo notice
Document-photo presets are preparation aids, not official validation services. Requirements vary by authority and can change. BotQNA does not guarantee acceptance by any passport office, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, employer, or platform. You are responsible for checking current official rules and the final printed or digital photo.
7. Weekly quotas and paid unlocks
Signed-in users may create up to three watermarked previews per weekly period. A completed paid unlock through Paddle unlocks the selected watermark-free original and resets the generation allowance as described in the product interface. Unused allowances do not roll over.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use BotQNA to violate law or another person’s rights; create fraud, impersonation, forged evidence, or deceptive identity documents; process images without authority; exploit or sexualize minors; probe security; bypass quotas; scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or automate the service without permission; or interfere with other users.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
BotQNA’s software, interface, branding, templates, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you provide feedback, the operator may use it without restriction or payment.
10. Third-party services
Paddle payment processing, Google or GitHub authentication, image processing, email delivery, and infrastructure providers are independent services. Their availability and terms are outside BotQNA’s control. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms.
11. Suspension, termination, and changes
Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, unpaid charges, payment disputes, or service integrity. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. The operator may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice of material Terms changes where required.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, acceptance, merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
